Our team, TITANS, builds the technology that enables configuration and planning automation to reduce operational overhead and increasing velocity for network plan generation.

Key job responsibilities
You will lead Product roadmap for Quality improvement products for TESS, which includes business requirements/user story definition, feature prioritization, implementation by partnering with SDEs and Analytics teams, rollout planning and impact measurement. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work closely with software developers, supply chain planners, UI design, and finance to enhance the customer experience and deliver on product ROI. We are looking for a highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team-oriented individual who has the ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. He or she will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

About the team
TESS manages transportation network configuration by working with different internal stakeholders and systems, to deliver desired business outcomes. The North America Transportation Systems engineering team (TITANS) is a sub org within TESS and owns the development of software products for config and transportation planning automation.- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience in balancing conflicting priorities dealing with ambiguity
- Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
