Head,Account Management-Products, International Seller Services

Job Description

-He/she will work closely with global product owners of various seller facing solutions to drive adoption of those products
-Will be responsible for designing and driving Go-To- Market strategies for products and managing a team of 50+ members
-Person needs to be a seasoned and inspirational leader, who has experience in managing and influencing leaders, bringing new ideas to life and has good understanding of products along with business.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead the function & build a strong 3-year plan/strategy for the function which can exponentially scale
- Own key annual business goals for products like seller adoption, units growth, SX, VOS
- Responsible for end-to-end business planning from goal setting, resource allocation, tracking and deliver results
- Stakeholder Management: Engage regularly with stakeholders across various levels to co-own goals, track progress, resolve conflicts, and align on strategic decisions.
- People Management: Lead a sizable organization, with a team of direct reports, responsible for career advancement, performance management, team structure, and culture.

At Amazon International Seller Services our goal is to make Sellers successful on Amazon. The Seller Delight & Growth (SDG) team’s mission is to design & improve seller programs/initiatives, recommend and enroll sellers into them to drive their business growth.

- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of team management experience
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Product
