As the SDM for AB Customer Data Platform team, you are a key member of our tech leadership, driving the development of robust, scalable, and user-friendly data annotation platforms that integrate seamlessly with other AB services. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of AB customer acquisition and engagement

We are looking for a leader with strong technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and a passion for creating tools that empower customer data platform. As a technical leader, you'll architect and deliver sophisticated Data Products and AI solutions that will reshape how AB teams make decisions.

A day in the life
As a software development manager on this team, you will play a pivotal role in the following:

- Work with the team and stakeholders to help drive business decisions.
- Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain innovative software solutions to drive service optimization, cost, and security.
- Use software engineering best practices to ensure a high standard of quality for all of the team deliverables
- Work in an agile, startup-like development environment, where you are always working on the most important stuff.- 7+ years of engineering experience
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
