Contact Technologies uses advanced logic and custom applications to allow any Apple customer via voice, chat or email to connect with Apple through a personalized, high-touch experience. As an Operations Project Manager, you will lead the project management and delivery of key Operations Initiatives. This will include presenting to management and business partners, influencing and driving external teams and leading our own internal resources to deliver on project requirements on time.Great communication skills Great organization and project management skills Good ability to convert business requirements into technical requirements working in collaboration with the Engineering Leads in the team Knowledge of risk management and Compliance in Contact Center domain. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Working with multi-functional partners globally to ensure consistency project scope and work Experience presenting technical concepts to management and other non-technical folks Good knowledge of SDLC Good knowledge of DevOps principles and standard processes Good analytical skills and ability to research and present findings Standout colleague with excellent collaboration skills Pro-active and able to work independently Attention to detail Aim for results in a multi-functional team with tenacity; when you see something that needs to be done, you don’t give up Have a solid sense of personal ownership and responsibility Experience working in a large enterprise, with teams across multiple timezones and geographies Experience working with vendors and contractorsIn this role, you will manage key Operations Initiatives in the areas of Compliance, Reliability, Operational Excellence, and Quality & Testing. You will define objectives and key results and use metrics to measure your impact. You will work with and influence multiple teams, including development, production support, business teams, and other technical and non-technical teams within Apple. Your goal is to ensure an efficient, reliable process from development to production to allow our business teams to continue to provide the greatest customer experience.
