Job Description

Understanding the Active Directory user and email management: reset the password, unlock the account, create accounts, group policy, and group management, mailbox creation.

Onboarding users into Intune.
Assigning user licenses (automation is possible).
Creating, editing, or deleting Azure Active Directory (AAD) user and device groups.
Managing Azure AD dynamic user and device groups.
Understanding the Active Directory user and email management: reset the password, unlock the account, create accounts, group policy, and group management, mailbox creation.

Application Management:
Uploading and configuring Line-of-Business (LOB) applications for Windows, iOS, and Android.
Deploying LOB applications to computers and mobile devices.
Deploying Store applications (e.g., from Microsoft Store, Apple App Store, Google Play) to mobile devices.
Monitoring application deployment status.

Service Administration:
Handling subscriptions and licenses.
Managing Apple APN (Apple Push Notification) certificates (usually done once a year).
Resetting mobile device authority (if changing MDM authority).

Domain management:
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) assignments for different Intune roles.

Device/Profile Management:
Creating and configuring device profiles (e.g., compliance policies, configuration profiles).
Managing device enrollment and authentication methods.
Implementing conditional access policies.
Defining company resource access rules.

Software Update Management:
Ensuring devices receive necessary updates.
Configuring update rings and schedules.
Monitoring update compliance.

Advanced Troubleshooting:
Investigating and resolving complex issues related to device management.
Handling escalated support tickets.
Collaborating with other IT teams to address cross-functional challenges.
