Job Description

Identify engineering requirements within the team, including tech debt, technology advancements or migrations, and processes needed to enhance engineering quality.
Decide on project priorities, as well as timely execution of projects, and provide thought leadership for the team and own impact.
Grow and recruit engineering talent, build a culture of ownership and accountability.
Work with several teams and people in different roles with communication.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
3 years of experience working in an evolving organization.
