Job Description

Design and execute programs to implement customized anti-abuse strategies with product teams/engineering teams.
Support product-areas in the integration of products into existing protection platforms and prioritize a growing list of new tools requirements.
Own and optimize processes to enable policy enforcement.
Lead cross-product initiatives focused on user safety.
Provide program management of business excellence efforts across Search, Gemini and Maps (Objectives and Key Results, management, business planning, etc.).

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program or project management.

Preferred qualifications:

Lean Six Sigma certification.
Experience leading cross-functional projects to manage projects involving multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders with varying priorities and perspectives.
Ability to collaborate with teams across different time zones to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workload. Excellent time management skills
Ability to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions to inform decision-making and excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability collaborate and communicate with senior stakeholders across teams to influence roadmap decisions.

Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Program Manager on this team, you will lead, multi-disciplinary projects working directly with product and engineering, policy, legal and operations teams to implement anti-abuse protection across new products and feature sets and ensure our platforms meet the needs of our users. You will also be responsible for planning requirements with internal customers and support projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks, enabling process excellence by unlocking efficiencies and communicating goals to project stakeholders.
