Job Description

Leverage Generative AI technology to anticipate emerging abuse patterns and forecast new forms of malicious activity.
Utilize advanced Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) collection techniques to proactively identify potential threats to Google trust and user safety, particularly regarding responsible AI risks and information quality.
Manage relationships with external vendors and third-party partners and ensure vendor performance, outputs, and capabilities align with program needs.
Establish and maintain a metrics framework to measure the effectiveness of Generative AI initiatives. Drive continuous improvement and data driven decision-making.
Work with sensitive content or situations and be exposed to graphic, controversial, or upsetting topics or content.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.

Preferred qualifications:

3 years of experience working in policy, government, or technology sector, or a related field.
Experience assessing, analyzing, and resolving complicated issues, and distilling into concise, actionable concepts.
Experience working with third-party providers, vendor, or contractor teams.
Experience designing and executing vendor/contractor quality control programs and metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
