Job Description

Use investigative and fraud fighting techniques to identify Ads and content that are violating Google's Global Elections Integrity Standards.
Perform data analysis to derive insights that help to identify and fight abuse across our products.
Enhance our operational workflows via process improvements and identification of automation opportunities.
Conduct investigations, enforce our product policies, and identify product vulnerabilities. Occasionally be exposed to disturbing or offensive content during the process.
Identify and work with sensitive content or situations and look at graphic, controversial, or upsetting topics or content.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
Experience working with Machine Learning (ML).
Experience analyzing ML models performance or working on Large Language Models (LLM).
Experience using statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.
Experience working with abuse, spam, fraud or malware.
Experience working on product policy analysis and identifying policy risks.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
