Job Description

Lead a team of product specialists responsible for driving the strategy to help advertisers meet their business objectives, set the idea, enable execution, and inspire team members to perform.
Coach the team and provide mentorship, career evaluations, and facilitate professional development plans.
Support a customer-centric culture by pivoting all solutions around customer/marketing objectives, and building the team to help deliver business growth through scaled work.
Contribute to and own the strategy development and execution for the team, including areas such as stakeholder management, continuous upskilling, vendorization, automation, and operational efficiency.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of experience developing relationships with customers, working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
5 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience creating annual business plans.
Experience applying data driven insights to have an impact on business performance.
Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders in organizations, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of experience developing relationships with customers, working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
5 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
