Job Description

Contribute to the development of solutions that promote sustainable engineering practices.
Influence creation and implementation of policies around engineering standards.
Analyze engineering practice data to identify trends and benchmark against industry standards.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Ability to support the design and implementation of engineering excellence assessment.
Ability to integrate engineering excellence best practices into workstreams.
