Job Description

Lead complex analytics initiatives by identifying critical problems, proposing solutions, and driving them to fruition. Build credibility with stakeholders by serving as a strategic thought partner and demonstrating exceptional communication skills to advocate for data-driven insights.
Simplify complex business questions with impactful visualizations and frameworks, leveraging AI to deliver advanced insights.
Shape the direction and guide associated engineering and data infrastructure efforts. Provide mentorship to improve data quality, tools, and methodologies to scale the team's impact.
Solve technically and organizationally complex challenges in a fast-paced environment with strong quantitative and leadership skills.
Develop cross-domain business metrics and dashboards for leadership to provide insights, trend analyses, and strategic indicators.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience in strategy, stakeholder management, change management, working cross-functionally, and developing narratives.

Preferred qualifications:

10 years of experience using analytics and data science to solve product or business problems in a program or engineering management role.
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience establishing methods, tools, and process improvements with demonstrated expertise in organizational change management.
Excellent business acumen and investigative skills, with the ability to identify and frame complex business problems that can be addressed with data-driven solutions.
Interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends and applied knowledge of measurement, statistics and program evaluation.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience in strategy, stakeholder management, change management, working cross-functionally, and developing narratives.
