Job Description

Lead a team to improve effectiveness and efficiency of outsourced work, drive optimization efforts and improvements, and address and resolve challenges with partners and internal stakeholders.
Use trends, data, and insights to drive improvements or identify risks to achieving goals.
Collaborate across solutions to create reporting that supports the Service Delivery landscape and can be utilized by senior leadership to drive decisions.
Manage and oversee contractual and operational efficiencies programs to ensure financial goals are met.
Support and drive the team to execute on cross-functional projects to optimize and enhance operational and contractual standards.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cyber-security, business strategy, or a related field.
Experience working with multiple vendors and stakeholder groups in a managed services environment.
Experience building relationships with senior management across operations, internal stakeholders, and vendors at different levels.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working with engineering and product teams to create tools, solutions, or automation to improve user safety.
Experience and ability to work and collaborate across globally-distributed, cross-functional team leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
Excellent executive management and presentation skills.

Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what’s right. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed - with urgency. And you take pride in knowing that every day you are working hard to promote trust in Google and ensuring the highest levels of user safety.

In this role, you will partner with finance, strategy operations, vendor management, and leadership to ensure alignment with business strategy and priorities.

You will support a team managing cross-functional projects which drive improvement across the partner network. You will define key principles and programs that inform stakeholders of optimization opportunities through reporting and insights.

You will scale impact by generating actionable insights and reporting, work with Trust and Safety stakeholders and vendor managers to identify and enable opportunities for improvement, and work with vendor Managers on the frameworks to improve performance and cost control.
