Job Description

Oversee numerous scaled engineering programs, tracking metrics, and ensuring on time delivery of key organizational initiatives.
Oversee all critical program management activities for key work areas through and data-driven decision making, process improvement, stakeholder management, executive influence to support on organizational and stakeholder focus areas in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Partner with organization leadership to define, launch, and drive programs and initiatives for gTech Ads Solutions STS organization.
Partner with team members to gather data, jointly conduct business analysis, and identify solutions through effective communication and project management.
Gather and synthesize relevant data, lead analyses, develop final recommendations, implement, analyze results, and iterating.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in a project/program management, consulting, or client facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in strategy, change management, and rolling-out large scale initiatives.
Ability to translate analysis results into insight and business recommendations while working with data, analytics and technical teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively collaborate with several cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in a changing environment.
Excellent communication skills and time management.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in a project/program management, consulting, or client facing role.
