Job Description

Implement an engineering managed services approach, including framework development, service catalog creation, governance, and vendor integration.
Drive cost savings and efficiency through budget management, resource allocation, and process improvement.
Define scope and requirements, plan and execute projects, track progress and ensure quality.
Lead all aspects of engineering vendor management, including sourcing, selection, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, relationship building, and managing deliverables.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience using analytics or applying project management tools to address business issues.
10 years of experience in operations or business management, and vendor management.

Preferred qualifications:

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or vendor management.
Experience in delivering complex engineering projects using a managed services approach.
Experience working in a fluid, technology-driven environment, within a large enterprise.
