Job Description

Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.

Required attributes

3+ years of experience using Selenium. Typescript and Javascript designing, implementing and maintaining automated tests)
Experience with GIT or similar source control systems
Develops, executes, maintains, and reports automated test suites and frameworks
Passion for quality assurance of end-user applications
Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving quality issues
Ability to solve problems creatively
Comfort working in a distributed team
Ability to communicate clearly in writing & speaking
high productivity
Willingness and ability to create and adapt to new technologies
Ability to launch new projects and follow through to completion
Prepares reports to communicate involvement and results of quality assurance activities.
Functional knowledge of Database concepts and testing using SQL Oracle DB.
Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience developing and executing manual and automated test suites
Familiarity with QA tools and techniques, bug-tracking systems; ALM.
experience working in a variety of programming languages and environments
Working knowledge of some or all of the following quality assurance methods: unit, integration, regression, user interface.
Ongoing QA education demonstrated through Certificates
3+ years of Quality Assurance Team member experience
1+ years of experience API testing tools
Experience with user interface design and/or workflow design automation
Proactive in analyzing and recommending system solutions for business processes
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Exceptional detail and a commitment to excellence

Desired attributes

Education

BA degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
