Overview:
Oracle Learning Cloud is a key component of Oracle HCM’s suite of solutions, designed to support enterprises in delivering compliance, personal development, and professional growth training. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to innovate and deliver user-centered solutions that provide meaningful business value to our customers.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in learning management and learning experience implementation or practitioner roles.
- Expertise with implementing and administrating Oracle’s HCM Learning Cloud service is highly preferred.
- Expertise with other Oracle’s HCM modules such as Core, Profiles, Performance Management, and Security is highly preferred.
- Ability to think strategically and critically to solve complex business challenges.
- Experience in gathering and translating complex requirements into actionable implementation plans.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones and collaborate with global teams and customers.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
