Role Name: Technical Dev Manager
Desired Experience Range: 6 TO 11years
Location of Requirement: Hyderabad
Must-Have:
•5+ years experence on managing the development team to assigned projects, and supporting the online time sensitive production environment sucessfully.
•Leads a team, promoting an inclusive and open culture, holding responsibility for motivation, retention and performance management, and leads by example.
•5+ years hands on either Perl OR C/C++ related backend on Linux/Unix platform, web development experience is required.
•6+ years of hands on experience at least one RDBMS (Sybase ASE ,SQL Server or PostgreSQL), and can lead the team to complete the related design and implementation.
•Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple production system support and enhancement, and encourage coworkers to do the same
•Managing teams can involve recruitment, training and performance management, including coaching and mentoring.
•Financial database maintenance and support experience is a plus.
•Familiar with Linux/Unix platform, backend system, web application servers (e.g. Apache, Nginx), and DevOps tools. (e.g. CI/CD, GIT, etc.).
•Good understanding of software engineering principles and object-oriented design.
•Familiar with Agile development process and tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence etc.)
•Strong sense of core system support and customer satisfaction.

•Demonstrates knowledge of technologies within LSEG and how they relate to various parts of the business.
•Lead a Dev team to work on developing ETL data feeds, refactoring data flow processes, performing support of existing web tools, performing bug fixes, and technical support on the existing system.
