Responsibilities: 6-8 years of experience in technical project management
2+ years of experience as IT Project Manager or similar role preferably supporting internally build applications.
3+ years as application developer with strong technical knowledge with expertise in either Java or .NET
Deep hands-on experience with application implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
Experience managing full development lifecycle. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration processes.
Experience setting up ongoing procedures for collection and review of project statuses and goals.
Strong communication skills with a demonstrable ability to present & grasp complex concepts in a multicultural environment is required.
The position is responsible for effectively analyzing, planning, organizing, and leading teams in support of production applications while managing risk, workload, scope, capacity, schedule, and budget. This position also works closely with product owners, business, and technical partners aka HR engineering development teams to ensure all applications support and advance the corporations strategic goals and objectives. Position is responsible for keeping up to date accurate records in Citi system inventory, to Identify and mitigate risks associated with application development and maintenance to ensure continuity and compliance. The tasks will include but not limited to EOVS/EOL Planning, Software installation and maintenance, Tech priority planning (Platform Migration etc.), VA Planning, COB coordination and execution, FID ownership, resolution of issues such as VTMs, GEMS and others.
