Senior Business Product Consultant:
Essential Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environments affecting healthcare products and services.
- Develop strategic recommendations and actionable insights to optimize business performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Lead product development initiatives, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer expectations.
- Provide guidance on pricing strategies, market entry tactics, and growth opportunities.
- Act as a subject matter expert in healthcare industry trends, including value-based care, digital health innovations, and healthcare reform.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and stakeholder meetings to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as product management, marketing, and sales to drive initiatives forward.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Must have experience:
- Proven experience (8+ years) as a consultant in the healthcare industry, with a focus on business strategy, product management, or healthcare operations.
- Deep understanding of healthcare policies, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with healthcare technology solutions
Primary - Healthcare, Payer
Secondary - Provider, Clinical and Claims
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Healthcare Management or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma).
