Job Description
In this key role of enrollment service delivery manager, you will work in a small team who are responsible in ensuring the Wolters Kluwer global incident, problem and change standards are implemented for all applications within the Wolters Kluwer landscape.

Essential Duties and responsibilities
Schedule and conduct kick-off presentations to Wolters Kluwer business representatives
Conduct detailed work sessions to gather requirements for how to configure incident, problem and change
Align with Incident, Problem and Change core teams on the new applications which are being enrolled
Align with Wolters Kluwer ServiceNow core team to enroll the new applications in the environment
Provide weekly reporting on progress and constraints
Experience required
5+ Years working directly with IT Incident/Change/Problem management
IT Project Management experience
Above average written/verbal communication skills
Able to work strategically and independently identify opportunities and drive them to completion
5+ years of supporting IT operations in a large-scale environment
Strong understanding of ITIL (certification preferred).
Strong understanding of ITSM Best Practices and industry terms/processes
Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills in high pressure situations
Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing to business and senior leaders
Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Platform
PowerBI, JIRA, SharePoint knowledge a plus
