Senior Developer
Job Description
- Lead the design, development, and customization of ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
- Implement complex integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub, MID Server, and APIs.
- Create and maintain advanced scripts for data transformation, automation, and orchestration.
- Develop and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and UI actions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate with the Integration Architect and other stakeholders to design integration solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Document technical specifications and create comprehensive user guides.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide API.
- Extensive experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Integration Hub and MID Server.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with source control systems like Git.
