Role: T2, T1
Key responsibility:
Required 7+ Years in PEGA and relevant 5+ years into PEGA with CSSA Certification Collections with Customer Service (CS) with financial background (like Banking) Customer service experience is Mandatory. candidate should have working experience on Pega collections and Decisioning. Candidate should have experience into Customer Service CS with Smart Dispute or Smart Investigation, must have experience in Pega CDH
