Skill: Data Technical Delivery lead

Role: T1, T0

Key responsibility:

Role Name: Data Delivery lead
Good exposure in leading delivery for data engineering projects with strong technology orientation
Understanding of Data engineering concepts and tools with focus on Data ingestion, transformation, data cleansing, reporting , analytics, and test automation
Primary Tech skills: Big Data Concepts , Python, SQL, Shell Scripting, AWS S3
Good to Have: Event-driven/AWA SQS, Microservices, API Development, Kafka, Kubernetes, Argo, Amazon Redshift, Amazon Aurora
Facilitate discussion, decision-making and conflict resolution. Assist the team with making appropriate commitments through story selection, task definition, and sizing.
Participate and actively contribute to roadmap, architecture and design discussions
Good experience in practicing on agile frameworks like Scum and Kanban
Collaborate with leadership to help foster the right environment for Agile teams
Tracking project deliverables and presenting status to various stakeholders
Should have extensive client facing experience in this Lead role previously - Mandatory
Ability to review the work done by the team and guide them in case of roadblocks.
Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the ability to deliver against the commitments.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Execute delivery process so that the distributed resources can work as an effective, objective driven and collaborative global team.
Demonstrated ability in managing a global delivery model.
