Dot NET API Tech Lead
Job Summary:
Minimum 12+ Yrs experience in IT Industry., Instrumental in designing, coding, and implementing complex software solutions.
You will leverage your deep understanding of .NET technologies to build scalable and highperforming micro services and APIs.
Design and develop robust APIs and microservices using .NET technologies, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and meet business requirements. Troubleshoot and optimize for performance and scalability. Qualifications Proficient in .NET Core, C#, and familiarity with architecture styles/APIs for coding and unit testing (.NET core, c#, RESTful APIs, Microservices, SQL, Integration Patterns,)
Experience with microservices architecture and containerized environment including Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong background in object oriented design and development. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle. Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies, Secure Coding practise Preffered skill Cloud Technologies (Azure)
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Set coding standards and best practices for the team to follow.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
Project Management:
Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Experience working on Agile/Scrum, Good Communication skills.
Software Development:
Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and secure .Net applications.
Utilize best practices in software development to ensure high quality and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Architecture and Design:
Experience with microservices architecture and containerized environment including Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong background in object-oriented design and development.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
12+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .Net technologies.
Proven experience in a technical leadership role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core, MVC, and related technologies.
Experience in REST API , TypeScript , Entity Framework , SQL , Oracle/SQL Server, HTML 5, CSS 3, React JS.
Troubleshoot and optimize for performance and scalability. Proficient in .NET Core, C#, and familiarity with architecture styles/APIs for coding and unit testing (.NET core, c#, RESTful APIs, Microservices, SQL, Integration Patterns,
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in .Net technologies or related fields.
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
