Job Description

Job Title: Senior .NET Developer (Azure)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, ASP.NET Core WebAPI, and experience in Azure services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining scalable cloud-based solutions using Azure Functions, Azure SignalR, Azure Web PubSub, and other Azure technologies. This role will require a solid understanding of backend development and proficiency in handling JSON, SQL.NET, and cloud architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust ASP.NET Core MVC and ASP.NET Core WebAPI applications.
Implement cloud-native solutions using Azure Functions, Azure SignalR Service, and Azure Web PubSub for real-time communication.
Design and optimize data access layers using C#, SQL.NET, and manage relational databases with SQL Server.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop system requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and maintain high availability by utilizing best practices in Azure and cloud computing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on C# (C Sharp), ASP.NET Core MVC, and ASP.NET Core WebAPI.
Experience in Azure Functions, Azure SignalR Service, and Azure Web PubSub for building cloud-based, real-time applications.
Proficiency in handling and working with JSON data formats and SQL.NET for database connectivity.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture with hands-on experience in Azure services like Azure App Services, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL.
Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and developing scalable microservices architectures.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Knowledge of Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and release management.
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes in the Azure ecosystem.
Experience in writing unit and integration tests for .NET Core applications following best practices.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in C# and Azure environments.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.

Education and Certifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate) are preferred but not required.
