Advanced knowledge of SQL, including complex queries, performance optimization
Acknowledge their email/ticket, work on resolution and respond to users with solution, get confirmation from user after issue resolution
Should liason between L1 to understand the issue and debugging steps carried out by them
Should be able to analyse the root cause of the issue and fix it
Prepare RCA for the issue
Ensure communication to L2,L1 post issue resolution
Should be able to work and deliver the resolution as per agreed SLAs
For L3 related issues/tickets, escalate to L3 team and work closely with L3 team till issue resolution and respond to user for issue validation / get their confirmation.
