UI UX Architect

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Tech Leads to design key screens.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed designs using Figma.
Ensure designs comply with ADA color contrast and text requirements.
Provide high-quality design hand-offs to the development team.
Offer design support to the front-end developer during implementation.
Must-Have Skills
Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
Proficiency and experience considering interaction and usability facts during visual design.
Strong understanding of ADA compliance for web applications.
Proficiency in web Application UI design patterns.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for latest design standards and quality design.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).
Understanding of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS).
Experience in designing for government or enterprise applications UI.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative design processes.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
At least 8 years of experience in Web Application UI/UX design.
Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects, demonstrating ADA compliance and collaboration with development teams.
