Job Description

Strong 7+ years of experience in Adobe RTCDP Developer
1. Strong Handson implementation in RTCDP
2. Expertise on XDM, AJO & CJA
3. Understanding of Event based Architecture
4. Thorough knowledge of Offer Decisioning in RTCDP
5. Attitude towards taking challenges towards finishing line
6. Client Facing Personality

Recommend management and governance policies using client constraints
Implement testing strategies (process, unit, stress, etc.) to validate adherence to specifications
Outline key performance objectives and methodologies for measurements of success
Work with technical leads to design a solution that optimally utilizes Adobe tools and supports clients use cases, strategy and industry standards
Break down Customer strategies into phased roadmaps according to Customer priorities, industry best practices and technology prerequisites and dependencies
Align roadmap phases to executable use cases
Contribute to Customers digital marketing strategies based on industry best practices
Progress overall maturity and scale of Consulting Practice by creating and sharing knowledge in the form of whitepapers, best practices, methodologies, templates, etc.
Provide strategic guidance and direction to Internal Client facing Lead Architects for maximizing their digital marketing effectiveness on the role
Use the latest best practice learning from the industry to help Customers ensure that marketing campaigns and solutions are fully integrated and fine-tuned via data driven insights
Assist with defining digital marketing Solution and Consulting scope during sales cycle
Create internal and external knowledge sharing in the form of blog posts, whitepapers, best practices, methodologies, etc.
Educate operators on under-utilized existing Adobe functionalities that may be under leveraged
Convince and sell stakeholders on the benefits, and drive adoption
Personal drive and Self-guided attitude

Required Experience
5+ years experience hands-on implementing and or managing daily operations with three or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solutions in addition to Experience Platform AEP
Analytics
Audience Manager
Campaign (Standard or Classic)
Experience Manager (Cloud as a Service)
Experience Platform (AEP)
Magento
Marketo
Target
4+ years architecting and implementing complex digital marketing solutions across Site, SEM, Media, Mobile App, and Email for large corporate environments
Expertise in the following languages and technologies: HTML, HTML5, Java Script, XML, Java, WCM, services based architecture, REST, Web analytics, content targeting
Experience working in a pre-sales and marketing
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist
Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices on topics such as personalization, cross channel marketing, mobile, data driven optimization of experiences
Innovative thinker and desire to help us build out a new Consulting practice and be a pioneer within the industry
Experience managing off shore teams.
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction
