Job Description

Role: Lead application Developer- AI/ML
Jd: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Python to develop, deploy, and optimise machine learning models and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML algorithms, hands-on experience with Python, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address real-world problems.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for training and inference.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems.
Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.
Create detailed documentation and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in AI/ML development using Python.
Proficiency in Python libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPy.
Experience with cloud platforms GCP for deploying ML models.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning).
Familiarity with MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.
Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or deep learning.
Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, pubsub.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
