Quality Assurance Engineer II, JP Manga
Job Description
Are you interested in creating a great customer experience for Amazon’s Manga business? If so, read on! The JP Manga business focuses on creating a great customer experience for Manga fans to discover, acquire and read both physical as well as digital Manga.
You will own the quality and performance of Manga services and features on Amazon JP website across all web and mobile apps. A successful candidate will have an established background in testing customer-facing experiences as well as backend services, a strong technical ability, mentoring, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- You will own and deliver new feature experiments from inception to delivery and beyond. You will launch those that deliver customer value and fail fast if it doesn't.
- You are responsible for the testing and improving the architecture of software solutions. You will innovate on testing frameworks, look for ways to maximize reuse of existing services, and delivering beautiful, highly performant and secure customer experiences.
- You will work with cross-functional, geographically diverse development teams through design, delivery and support.
- You will write test plan, test strategy, test cases, test automation for delivering high quality features for Manga services on Amazon JP website across all web and mobile apps.
- 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects
