The Prime Video International Launch Readiness team is seeking an experienced, innovative and analytical Program Manager to facilitate new external partner launches for Prime Video Channels and Transactional Video internationally. This Program Manager role oversees the launch process end-to-end, coordinating across cross-functional counterparts in content operations, content acquisition, product & engineering, merchandising, design, and go-to-market to ensure content is in pristine condition and in the format and offering necessary to support our rapidly expanding services. This person must also be able to work within multiple systems to understand how content flows from partner delivery pipelines to internal systems and eventually to customers around the world on any device. This is an exciting opportunity to deepen customer selection across Prime Video Channels and Transactional Video internationally, as well as delivering against a vision for scaling the organization while maintaining the highest standards for timeliness and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading successful launch programs, a bias for process improvement, the ability to think both tactically and strategically, and has the ability to creatively to solve business challenges.

Key job responsibilities
- Project manage the launch of Channels or TVOD partners by partnering with teams across engineering, content acquisition, operations, partner management, product, merchandising, design and customer service.
- Drive new process development and/or automation initiatives that contribute to international business scaling goals.
- Optimize existing processes and SLAs to ensure new partner launches are delivered on time to a high quality.
- Establish goals, plans and related metrics, track progress, and manage through obstacles to achieve program objectives.
- Create reporting and dashboards for key metrics to illustrate progress against goals to support team activities and report to management on weekly/monthly basis.

They are high performing; working together to deliver team success, and partner closely with partners, technology and design stakeholders to deliver the highest quality work that create excellent customer and partner experiences. They tackle challenging and novel situations on a daily basis with a high degree of ambiguity, and have a proven track record of staying connected to the details of the projects/businesses.

About the team
Our work spans Prime Video business and technology teams, as well as our external content partners. The team is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle for delivering new content selection for customers through the launch of new partners on our Store experiences (Prime Video Channels and Transactional Video). The Prime Video Launch Readiness plays an essential role in ensuring that Prime Video remains the premier global entertainment destination, providing accurate and complete content for our customers. Our team consists of entertainment enthusiasts based in Chennai and Costa Rica, and works closely with teams based across the world. - 2+ years of program management experience in a digital environment with a focus on launch readiness in an operational structure.
- Analytical experience managing operational metrics and defining process improvement opportunities from the data.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Proven track record in leading mid/large programs to drive operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of collaborating with leadership to define and execute process improvement initiatives that align with broader business objectives.
- Fluency in English.
