Associate Marketing Manager - EU Seller Marketing

Amazon EU is committed to helping sellers grow their businesses and reach millions of customers across Europe. The New Seller Recruitment team focuses on expanding the Amazon seller base through data-driven marketing, optimized content, and innovative acquisition strategies.

We are looking for a highly highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Marketing Manager to programmatically manage and improve website SX initiatives, and partner with program teams to streamline key rollouts and updates across EU seller recruitment sites. This role involves managing a workstream that supports multiple partner and stakeholder groups (Product, Legal, Marketing, Program), ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant implementation of website updates. The successful candidate will use AI-driven tools to improve process automation, audit efficiency, and stakeholder tracking. The ideal candidate should have strong project management and stakeholder management skills, a deep understanding of marketing operations, and experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives that impact business-critical seller updates.
Your experience in marketing operations, process management and use of relevant tools to automate workstreams will play an important role.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end management of key website projects, including partner team requirements and mandatory updates
• Manage daily processes, ensuring QA, and stakeholder coordination.
• Use AI tools to automate tracking, quality checks, and reporting of tasks to enhance productivity
• Partner with stakeholders to deploy updates efficiently across multiple marketplaces.
• Act as an SME to support team members working on website enhancements and critical rollouts
• Conduct AI-assisted content audits to identify outdated information and drive proactive updates.
• Manage communication and reporting to leadership on change progress and impact.
• Drive continuous process improvement through AI-enabled workflow enhancements.

A day in the life
You’ll begin your day by reviewing high-priority website projects across EU marketplaces — including audits feature launches and partner team updates. You’ll monitor progress using automated tools and dashboards, and partner with Program, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery.
You’ll also drive innovation by testing AI-powered automation tools that simplify workflows and reduce manual dependencies. Your afternoons may involve hosting syncs with stakeholders to review rollout plans, performing quality audits, and presenting status updates to leadership.

The New Seller Recruitment team focuses on expanding the Amazon seller base through data-driven marketing, optimized content, and innovative acquisition strategies. As the EU 3P Seller Marketing team, we drive awareness and consideration in every trustworthy Seller to help them successfully start their selling journey on Amazon. We also operate as a center of marketing excellence providing expertise and consultancy to 10+ 3P teams in search, social, website, content, budgeting and research verticals.

We focus on continuously improving seller-facing websites through SX enhancements, updates, and feature launches that make it easier for prospective sellers to join and succeed on Amazon. We drive continuous improvements to Amazon’s seller-facing platforms through high-quality content, feature updates, and operational excellence.- 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Master's degree
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
