Join the team that's redefining the entertainment experience on Amazon devices, enhancing how customers interact with Fire TV on Echo Show.

We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to join our Fire TV Experience team in Chennai. In this role, you will spearhead the vision and strategy for Fire TV on touch screen enabled Echo devices.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of what makes a great customer experience and how innovative technology can help achieve that. They should be comfortable with ambiguity, adept at defining concrete strategies from broad concepts, and skilled in successful execution. Additionally, they will need to drive the creation of scalable solutions and processes, considering unique hardware requirements and capabilities. We value data-driven decision-making, continuous learning, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead the definition and execution strategy for improving the Fire TV experience on Echo Show devices.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions and measure success, with a focus on reducing friction and increasing user satisfaction.
- Define and execute a roadmap for enhancing the Fire TV experience on Echo Show.
- Work across Fire TV and Alexa software teams to establish mechanisms that allow effective collaboration and a foster innovation.
- Collaborate with internal experts and teams including UX, engineering, advertising, and senior leadership to align on strategy and execution.
- Define project requirements, priorities, and success metrics, and oversee their implementation and performance.
- Communicate project status, strategy, risks, and issues to senior management effectively.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver experiences that delight customers from their very first interaction with Fire TV.- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
