Responsibilities: A day in the life of an Infoscion • As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to lead the engagement effort of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers at different stages- from problem definition to diagnosis to solution design, development and deployment. • You will review the proposals prepared by consultants, provide guidance, and analyze the solutions defined for the client business problems to identify any potential risks and issues. • You will identify change Management requirements and propose a structured approach to client for managing the change using multiple communication mechanisms. • You will also coach and create a vision for the team, provide subject matter training for your focus areas, motivate and inspire team members through effective and timely feedback and recognition for high performance. • You would be a key contributor in unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality, value-adding consulting solutions to customers adhering to the guidelines and processes of the organization. Educational Requirements Master Of Engineering,Master Of Technology,Bachelor Of Technology,Bachelor of Engineering Additional Responsibities: • Experienced in manual and test automation • Familiarity with automotive software and systems and vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet) • Experience with HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) testing and simulation rigs • Experience from SystemWeaver requirement management tool from Systemite is beneficial. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment • Experience with Agile development methodologies Technical and Professional Requirements: • Design and develop automated test scripts and tools for test rigs • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++ • Experience of test automation frameworks (e.g. Robot, Pytest) • Collaborate with development teams to identify test cases and requirements for automation • Implement and execute automated/manual tests, analyzing and reporting results • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated/manual tests and test infrastructure • Participate in issue reviews and contribute to the development of high-quality software • Work with other members of the test team to maintain and improve the automated testing infrastructure • Help maintain and improve the automated/manual testing infrastructure • Develop and maintain test reports • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in test automation and automotive software development
