1 Candidate should understand the fundamental of Enterprise Risk Management/ operational risk management
a Preference will be given to candidates having experience in insurance sector
b Understanding of general insurance regulatory landscape
c Preferred experience and understanding of COSO ERM framework and/or ISO 31000
d Experience in implementation of Key Risk Indicators, articulation of risk statements, defining thresholds, tolerances etc

2 Candidate should demonstrate understanding of Operational Risk Management
a Experience in risk identification, assessment, and measurement and conducting RCSAs
b Expeirnce in PowerBi or other analytical tools will be an added advantage
d Involvement in root cause identification
e Experience in internal audit and/or internal controls assessment will be preferred
f Should have a thorough understanding of the process and control or internal controls, loss data management

g End to End understading of risk management framework

3 Experience in developing management reporting dashboards and presenting to senior management
4 Have they worked upon or has an experience in developing / drafting business documents such as policies, SOPs, BRDs, Gap reports
