Job Description

Essential Responsibilities
Create high-quality UX design deliverables that drive an understanding of how to use digital products/features, process, design system successfully.
Rapidly ideate and build designs through sketches, prototypes, and Review with Senior designers/stakeholders.
Performs UI/UX reviews to ensure all project deliverables are in as per Delivery guidelines
Supporting issue analysis and fix activities during Development test phases, as well as production issue resolution.
Technologically savvy with excellent communication abilities.
Experience with all aspects of software development lifecycle like Agile, Lean etc.,
Effectively communicates with team members, customers, partners and management, including assisting with or conducting Design walkthroughs, reporting project status and design support
Demonstrate understanding of the user-centered design process and how digital content
creation connects to the execution of end-to-end product experiences and scalable design
systems
Track record of creating and aiding in the adoption of UX writing tools, copy systems, and
frameworks including content research and metrics, addressing user issues through content
Highly organized, self-starter with the ability to work on multiple projects at once with
oversight and deliver high quality work on time in an Agile environment
Other duties as assigned or requested.

The experience we are looking to add to our team
Required
Should have good understanding in UX/UI design principles, frameworks, and guidelines.
Exposure in developing user journeys based on business requirements and user needs.
Should have experience in running design sessions to brainstorm/ideate design concepts, Task flows and prototypes.
Experienced in Sketch for Hi-fidelity mockup creation and visualization. Should be able to come up with real time design solutions during design session using sketch.
Experienced in Axure 9 or above for Hi fidelity Prototypes (with complete end to end interactions) creation. And maintaining the design library.
Proficiency with common design tools such as InVision, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite etc,
Need to have good communication and writing skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Good to have
Technology: Having exposure in AEM is an added advantage.
Worked on Product Development in Healthcare or its sub domain.

EDUCATION
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, UX Writing, Human-
Computer Interaction Content Design, or Digital Content Design/Creation in a relevant field.
Substitutions
6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree

LICENSES or CERTIFICATIONS
Preferred
UX or UX Writing or Content Design Certification/Coursework

KEY SKILLS
Should have good understanding in UX/UI design principles, frameworks, and guidelines.
Hands on experience in building Hi fidelity Prototypes (with complete end to end interactions) using Axure 9 or above. And maintaining the design library.
Mockup and Visualization using Sketch/Adobe XD
Excellent communication skills
