Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
Continuously improving the change management process to ensure that it is efficient, effective, and aligns with the organization's goals.
Providing guidance and support to other IT teams on change management best practices
Change Approvals
Reviewing accuracy of change tickets
Reaching out to stakeholders
Coordinating with other IT teams to make sure changes are properly planned and validated.
Approving Changes
Collaboration: Facilitate sessions to obtain business requirements; Partners with other system stakeholders and administrators to design, develop, integrate, and implement enterprise wide ITSM solutions as well as maintain a culture of compliance
Maintaining accurate records of all changes and ensuring that they are properly tracked and reported.
Coordinating with other IT teams to ensure that changes are properly planned, tested and validated.
Detail Oriented with the ability to analyze change tickets for proper grammar, spelling, etc
Detail Oriented with the ability to take 'Technical Language' and convert that to 'Business Focused' language that our customers may understand.
Ability to work with other technical leaders and implementors to understand and convey the change that is to be made.
Ability to analyze data and create reports around change ticket related information for the sake of problem solving, identifying process improvements, and data transparency.
Ability to understand, apply, and improve/update procedures on a continual basis using ITIL principles.
Basic understanding of ITIL-V3/4 values and principles
Ability to be autonomous and take work as it comes in vs having to ask for what is next.
Soft Skills:
Teamwork, Adaptability, Positive Attitude
Being able to properly convey a message to Sr Leadership clearly and concisely.
Ability to facilitate a meeting from start to end while answering questions and supplying information while problem solving.
Tools:
ITSM Tool (Cherwell, ServiceNow, etc)
MS-Excel/PPT
ALM Tools (Agility, Jira, etc)
Shift:
Ability to work in shift till 3.30am IST. Work in Hybrid is provided.
Desired Skills and Experience:
ITIL-V4 Certified Change Manager (Mandatory)
Data Analytics and ability to build reporting.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Master of Computer Applications, or related field
9-12 years' experience
Good to have
1-2 years in the Health Insurance Industry
