Continuously improving processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity
Be able to work with operations team and handle operations activities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Drive major incident calls with multiple teams involved.
Experience in Telecom domain , Telecom billing applications like ICOMS/CSG/AMDOCS, etc. is a plus.
