Job Description:

- Implement SNOW CSM/ITSM applications development & integration plans and processes to provide development, testing, debugging, maintenance and documentation of the SNOW CSM/ITSM applications in line with business strategy and objectives, and Group guidelines and policies
- Responsible for Go Live Readiness and communication to the respective stake holders Accountable for collecting the master data from Business to upload in the Product
- To maintain and respond on time to the Business regarding any ticket, issues and escalation
- Implement IT SNOW CSM/ITSM development & Integration plans and processes to meet business requirements for new and revised SNOW CSM/ITSM GSConnect system and programs
- Support project management by preparing progress reports and status of key milestones for SNOW CSM/ITSM GSConnect development & integration projects
- Prepare code or modify SNOW CSM/ITSM GSConnect components based on design specifications, while adhering to defined programming standards, structured coding techniques and development methodologies
- Conduct code reviews, identify potential issues and provide feedback for appropriate revisions
- Plan and implement steps to create interfaces between major systems
- Perform maintenance and problem resolution on single or multiple applications or interfaces

Experience:
Minimum 3+ years in hands on experience in ServiceNow CSM/ITSM Product
Service Now Administrator Certification
Service Now Implementation Specialist Certification
