Job Description
Title : Servicenow Developer
Tier : Tier 2/Lead Software Engineer
Responsibilities
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Business Analysts and Developers
Create an intuitive user experience on the ServiceNow platform and good experience in ITSM
Illustrate design ideas using mockups, diagrams, and sitemaps
Develop UI mockups and prototypes to showcase design and simulate the user journey
Design graphic user interface elements, including navigation menus, UI components and data visualizations
Track emerging trends in the digital interface landscape, recommending new opportunities to ensure continuous improvement
Work closely with developers to ensure that design specifications are implemented
Test design concepts with customers and conduct usability studies, interview sessions
Basic Qualifications (Required)
5 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM including portal development.
6+ years of experience delivering interface design solutions for various clients, including interactive wireframes, user flows, style guides, presentations or complex web and/or mobile prototypes.
Experience working with ServiceNow products and services.
Experience with ServiceNow portal development
Experience in conducting user requirements gathering meetings to drive discovery and presenting design prototypes to client stakeholders.
An online portfolio or samples of work showcasing great visuals and problem
Good communication skills and an ability to gather requirements from various stakeholders
Being able to develop ideas cross platforms responsive designs (Mobile, web-based, desktop)
Knowledge in UI/UX Design tools like Adobe XD or Figma and Adobe Suite products like Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Interpersonal and presentation skills to interact and present to executive leaders, and effectively drive organizational projects and initiatives.
