Job Description
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides operational support of IT Infrastructure technology including but not limited to network security messaging storage voice etc
Performs analyses and resolution of problems to restore normal IT Infrastructure operational levels
Completes tasks to enable the on-time delivery of IT Infrastructure projects
Maintaining high quality standards in terms of delivery by assuring compliance to required standards procedures guidelines and processes
Flexible to work in shifts and provide support as per business requirements
Maintaining a creative workspace environment by providing regular inputs that can enhance current delivery standards and business prospects
Must have a voluntary mindset to complete additional tasks and requests assigned as per business requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Any Graduation
Minimum 1 year experience in Information Technology
6 months in deploying and maintaining a Telephony Cloud Platform Preferred Genesys
Must Have
Dotnet C# or Dotnet Asp or VB Scripting
Experience in Contact Center Solutions
Genesys Cloud Platform
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
