10+ Years of IT Experience
Strong Experience in Agile Project Management.
Should have played role of Sr. Scrum Master at least for 3 Years.
Strong Technical Project and Program Management Skills:
1. Leadership Skills:
A strong leader with the capacity to motivate and influence teams
2. Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking:
Must be able to assess complicated challenges, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions. Should be knowledgeable about root cause analysis approaches.
3. Communication Skills:
Communication must be clear, straightforward, and compassionate. The RTE must effectively communicate with teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment and understanding.
4. Technical Knowledge:
Strong technical knowledge or experience in software development .
5. Organizational Change Management:
Strong understanding the principles and techniques of change management.
6. Conflict Resolution:
RTE must be skilled in dispute resolution and negotiation.
7. Good to have SAFe Certification
