QA Automation Engineer
Job Description
Primary Skill - > 7 years strong QA background to run E2E QA program in Test Automation - Java, Selenium, BDD, API, DB Test Automation
1. Extensive manual and automated testing experience/knowledge as tester in the past that would help get into the details and question the teams defects raised status quo
2. Provide guidance on automation tools/strategy to test multiple products ensuring alignment with specifications, settings, and quality
3. Drive overall testing strategy and governance framework and guide cross-functional teams in the execution of end to end functional and regression, SIT and UAT testing
4. Define, track, and report quality metrics across the program providing actionable insights to improve quality and time-to-market
5. Formulate the development of hands-free testing and monitoring tools to ensure desired quality
6. Creates and implements quality standards.
7. Publish/Own quality reports and documentation
Secondary Skill - Any tool other than Selenium.
Develop the testing scripts based on the design and direction given by the lead/mentor
