P1 C1 TSTS The ServiceNow Technical Lead will play a critical role in the technical implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and have a proven track record in ServiceNow development and customization. Experience: 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, including hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or custom applications. 3+ years of experience in a lead or senior developer role, overseeing the technical development and implementation of complex ServiceNow projects. Proven experience in designing and delivering solutions across multiple ServiceNow modules and domains. Skills: Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer. Proficiency with ServiceNow APIs (REST, SOAP) and experience integrating third-party applications. Deep understanding of ServiceNow data models, workflows, catalog items, and CMDB. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS) and experience with ServiceNows Service Portal and UI Builder. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and integration issues. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD) are highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines). Experience in managing ServiceNow upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning. Knowledge of security and compliance considerations within ServiceNow implementations.
