Job Description
Strategy Development and Technology Alignment:
Partner with business leaders to understand key priorities and translate them into technical initiatives.
Collaborate with product management, data teams, engineering, and infrastructure groups to align technology investments with business needs.
Digital Transformation and Innovation:
Identify areas for process optimization through technology, improving the customer experience and operational efficiency.
Foster innovation through strategic partnerships with vendors, startups, and technology providers.
Governance, Risk, and Compliance:
Ensure technology initiatives adhere to banking regulations and compliance requirements.
Work with cybersecurity teams to ensure the technology strategy prioritizes security and resilience.
Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage in strategic planning sessions, providing technical expertise and recommendations.
Act as a mentor and guide for technology teams to ensure alignment with strategy goals.
