Your Role

The position is responsible for making policy changes per the CRM request in accordance with the state regulations and business rules. The incumbent should have experience in P&C Auto and should be well versed with the business terminologies and basics of P&C Auto Insurance in US.

Process high volume of policy update work coming in from CRM
Maintain high quality standard
Should be able to interact with our US based clients
Can provide training to team members and colleagues as needed

Your Profile

1 – 3 years’ experience in the P&C Auto US insurance industry
Ability to multitask and handle multiple work types
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Experience working with customers digitally
Excellent time management skills
Superior and demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively in writing
Ability to apply initiative and judgment to define and perform complex tasks and see the bigger picture
Excellent team player; proven ability to apply innovative ideas and critical thinking
Minimum bachelor’s degree
Good communication skills – verbal and written
Good understating of MS tools – Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
