8+ years of total work experience • Experience in monitoring of IT/e-Governance projects. Resource with experience of working with state level helpline for at least 3 years is mandatory. • Should have mandatorily experience of PMU project involving SLA monitoring, capacity building, stakeholder management at state/central level. • Experience in programs involving extensive communication and coordination with stakeholders • Experience in Project Planning / Implementation, evaluation and assessment of Project plans including ability to anticipate and address the project risks
