MIS Specialist
Job Description
PRO (Payment Risk Operations) is engaged in driving exceptionally complex and fast decision making that drives stopping the bad actors from committing fraud on the Amazon platform. As fraud is evolving so are we and to do that PRO needs to effectively staff itself 24-by-7 for a 365 day operations environment worldwide. The teams support our existing countries, new countries launches, and a multitude of new product offerings on Amazon.- • PRO MIS Employees of VCC (TG,IN) that have been in the L3 IC role for at least 6 months. • Technical Skills: An employee should possess basic SQL and Advanced Excel skills • The employee should NOT be on any Coaching or Development plan or being issued any CAG document for behavioral issues in the last 3 months • The nomination should be discussed and approved by respective L4/L5 Manager.
