Job Description

Overall, 10+ years of experience in delivering testing services (functional / non-functional) to large clients. Have experience in TOSCA and selenium.
Strong knowledge of testing lifecycle. Telco domain Knowledge is must..
Must have experience on Test Rail, Jira tool, HP ALM.
Experience in preparing estimates for new business opportunities..
Expert in test planning, developing test strategy, QA Metrics Collation / Reporting, Project Effort Estimation, leading the test phases, including approach, scoping & planning, resources, scheduling, environments, risks, issues, progress, and metrics reporting to program leadership team..
Governs testing planned and conducted by the individual TMs to confirm consistency in quality management.
Standardizing and enhancing the testing quality assurance environment by developing and maintaining testing standards and recommending improvements to testing practices.
Ability to work with senior stakeholders and represent the account to leadership..
Needs to have good discipline, ability to take responsibility, be committed, and take accountability and ownership.. Excellent communication.
Good hands on – People Management & Test Management skills
